All online orders are shipped from our Victorian warehouse
Order Fulfilment/Tracking
Orders received before 12 noon Victorian time will usually ship out on the same day. Keep in mind we only ship on days that AusPost is open, so orders received after noon on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Also AusPost does not operate on Victorian/Australian Public Holidays, therefore orders cannot be shipped until the next business day.
Tracking numbers get issued around 2 pm. When the postie picks up all the parcels for the day, they are manifested and you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking details. If you have received an order confirmation when you checked out, there is no need to contact us to find out when your package will ship.
Shipping Times and Postage Costs
Australian Orders
Orders under $100 total:
Standard Shipping: $8.55 (for under 500g) can take 2-7 days depending on where you are in Australia. Please note that these shipments go by road, so they can include batteries. Orders over 500g follow a sliding scale of cost.
Express Shipping: $10.85 (for under 500g) usually arrives next business day, except WA, TAS, NT, Far north QLD or very remote locations may take up to 4 business days or even longer.
Note that due to aviation safety regulations, lithium batteries cannot be shipped via Express post. If your order contains lithium batteries you must choose Standard Shipping. Orders over 500g follow a sliding scale of cost.
Orders over $100 total:
Standard Shipping: FREE (choose this option when your order contains Lithium Batteries)
Express Shipping: FREE on orders that do not contain Lithium Batteries
International Orders
We ship to most international destinations with the exception of a few countries that do not allow vaping goods to be imported, charges vary but you can see shipping charges at checkout. No lithium batteries will be shipped internationally.
Returned and Reshipped Mail
Australia Post charges us a fee for returned parcels. In certain circumstances, we may pass that fee on to you, along with the cost of reshipping your parcel, and you may be required to make payment prior to your parcel being reshipped.
These circumstances include, but are not limited to, the following:
- If Australia Post cannot deliver your parcel to the address you specified during checkout (if you enter a wrong or incomplete address)
- If you have not collected your parcel from your local post office and it is returned to us according to Australia Post's abandoned parcels process
- If you or someone in your household rejects delivery of a parcel
If we determine that your parcel is returned through no fault of your own, we will reship the parcel to you at our expense.
